We recently finished an ADU project with Good Home Remodeling and had a really positive experience from start to finish. We were looking for a company that could handle everything — design, architectural plans, permits, and construction — and they took care of the whole process for us. The city approval side was honestly the part we were most nervous about, but they guided us through it and kept everything moving. They handled the plans, permit submittals, revisions, and inspections without us having to chase anyone. The ADU came out even better than we expected. The layout feels open and well-designed, and they paid attention to details we probably wouldn't have thought of on our own. The crew was professional, easy to communicate with, and always kept us updated. It's hard to find a reliable ADU builder who really understands both the construction side and the permitting/design process, but these guys really know what they're doing. Definitely recommend them if you're planning a garage conversion, ADU, or significant home addition.
